The sanded style is not weighted.. BUT all others are.
The weighting is done with a Concrete Patch material and when dry we add the felt bottom.
Since we are filling an item you purchased from us and already paid freight this service is FREE Freight.
We are charging per piece so if you bought a pair please order 2 fillings.
