This is a Unique Box by Five & Dime ~ Sarsaparilla Deco Designs.
A Ceramic PIANO KEYBOARD TABLE BOX ~ Style #819.
The box is NOS, New Old Stock, which is over 35 years old.
A great addition to your collection - not to mention, useable- a very nice in the Original box by S.D.D. 1989.
These Table Boxes are hand painted then covered with a clear glaze and baked in an oven.
These are dishwasher safe. however, I recommend washing by hand gently as you would for any such delicate item!
