Vintage American 100 year old Bakelite large bead in Tortoise Shell Root Beer 0.982 in - 2.493 cm diameter USA made

A Lovely Rare Genuine Bakelite - Catalan large bead in Root Beer Tortoise Shell
and a hair under 1 inch in diameter.

A center hole has not been drilled yet, no hole in the bead.

These are great for making jewelry, crafts, buttons, and make an instant necklace by just adding a chain. These are a wonderful and great for pins and decorating just about anything.

These are over 100 years old and American Vintage Bakelite, not 2 week old Asian plastics. All of them have tested positive using semi chrome polish. We also drilled one piece and the smell is Bakelite!

We do not sell the new Asian Plastics.

There is NO cracking or splitting, however they do have some mild scuff & wear as you would expected 85 years old is just a part of the vintage charm,
