Can be used for either the water or for the seed/food.

The Feeder is NOT painted ORANGE, but actual ORANGE AGAT Glass.

NOTE:
These will not fit in a " Hendryx cage" .

These will only fit a cage with bars extremely close together.

2-7/8" Tall x 2" Wide x 1-5/8" Deep
